This is a fairly large tree with a characteristic slightly bottle shaped trunk. The large green leaves are also very clean and multi lobed and roughly resembling an open hand. It tends not to have a particular season but instead produces seed pods at various times during the year. These seed pods eventually dry and then split open to reveal rows of neatly packed seeds.
